Direct Insight Services, Inc. (DISI) was founded in 1997 in Palm Beach County, Florida. Our primary focus and expertise is in insurance, civil and criminal surveillance and investigations in the private and commercial sectors. Our investigative professionals are dedicated to gathering intelligence and providing concrete evidence by engaging in physical surveillance and electronic surveillance.

We are licensed in the States of Florida and Nebraska; and we are currently in the process of establishing a location and obtaining our license in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The principals have over 30 years of combined investigative and administrative professional experience with the state, local and commercial sectors.

As part of the day-to-day operations, we conduct both private and commercial investigations in the insurance, legal, corporate and governmental arenas. We provide our clients with a methodical and expeditious determination to confirm a subject’s credibility and identity as we research areas including address history, criminal history, fraud activity, accident injury history, patterns of habitual litigation, financial and credit history, professional licenses and business affiliations. Each investigation analyzes comprehensive reports in state, county, federal and, in some instances, international searches.

Our experience in analyzing and substantiating data for our current clients gives us the ability to provide assistance in confirming a subject’s statement of personal history. Over the years, our experience has allowed us to recognize patterns and refine our investigative processes so that we can efficiently research and gather significant data confidently on any given subject.
